VIP Card - Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

RETURN, REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY EFFECTIVE DATE: APRIL 19, 2010

The VIP Card strives to make the return process a simple and straightforward one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.

Return Period

Return your item anytime from the date you received your item(s) within the timeframe below:

  • 14 days for all non-VIP Members Card purchases
  • 30 days for The VIP Members Card card

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not able to be returned including:

  • Soiled apparel
  • Items that are physically damaged by the end user
  • Items purchased as a gift for you

Items That Are Defective, Damaged in Shipping, or Incorrect

If you return an item that is defective, is not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping, you will receive a replacement item. If the item becomes discontinued during the return process The VIP Card will attempt to replace with a similar or greater value item. If no replacement item is available The VIP Card will refund your purchase price.

Exchanges

The VIP Card is not able to exchange items purchased online or directly through a fundraiser or other means.

Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee

If the product is missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals, a missing item or damaged product fee may be charged.

Shipping Costs, Timing & Shipping Methods

We offer three methods for shipping your orders from TheVIPCard.com:

  • * Standard - 4 to 8 business days
    Includes 1 day for processing and 3 to 7 days for transit.
  • * Expedited - 3 business days
    Includes 1 day for processing and 2 days for transit.
  • * Express - 2 business days
    Includes 1 day for processing and 1 day for transit.

Business days include Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

The VIP Card Discretion

The VIP Card reserves the right to deny any return, exchange or purchase. Additional exclusions may apply.
